One of my all-time favorite things is making it easier for someone to reach their goals. Whether that’s offering technical or emotional support, or simply putting in the hours they don’t have to spare.I started my own business after years of failing to fit into traditional roles. It always seemed like I wasn’t in the right place, didn’t have the right skills, or know how to say the right thing. The reality was that 50% of businesses don’t want to hire someone who’s neurodivergent …and I hadn’t even figured out yet that I was!While revamping our website, I was looking for examples of companies offering accessibility adaptations (no reason to reinvent the wheel from scratch, right?) and was surprised by how difficult they were to find. There didn’t seem to be any online/digital business managers offering any accessible services at all. It was then that I realized I had found the right place for my unique perspective to thrive.I look forward to hearing about you and your business in the near future!
